Rentals & Pricing
How does pricing work (daily/weekly/monthly)?
Website prices shown are per day. For longer durations we offer weekly and monthly rates—share your dates and we’ll send the best package.
Tip: Bundle multiple tools to unlock better rates.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, the minimum charge is 1 day. Half-day requests can be accommodated in special cases—please WhatsApp us.
What’s included with the rental?
Core machine and standard accessories. Consumables (e.g., drill bits, blades, fuel, oils) are billed separately if required. We’ll confirm inclusions in your quote.
Booking & Delivery
How do I book a tool?
Send us on WhatsApp: tool name, duration, and delivery location. We’ll confirm availability and timing:
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes—same-day dispatch is available on request, subject to stock and schedule. Share your pin and site access notes for faster routing.
How are delivery & pickup fees calculated?
Based on distance, access, and equipment type/weight. We’ll quote the exact fee upfront—no surprises.

ID & Deposit
What ID is required?
For individuals: Emirates ID or passport copy. For companies: trade license and POC ID.
Is there a security deposit?
Some equipment categories may require a refundable security deposit. We’ll specify the amount in your quote.
Payments & Invoices
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and bank transfer. Corporate billing and invoices are available on request.
When do I pay?
Typically on delivery or before dispatch for same-day orders. Long-term projects can be invoiced per agreed schedule.
Damage, Returns & Cancellations
What if the tool is damaged during use?
Normal wear is expected. Damage beyond normal use, loss, or misuse is chargeable at repair or replacement cost. We’ll always discuss options first.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Kindly inform us as early as possible. Same-day cancellations may incur a dispatch fee if the driver has been routed.
How are late returns handled?
Extensions are fine—please WhatsApp us. Overtime is billed at the applicable daily rate, pro-rated for partial days where possible.
Support & Operations
What if the machine stops working on site?
Contact us immediately. We’ll attempt remote troubleshooting and, if needed, arrange a technician or swap-out subject to availability.
What are your operating hours?
Mon–Sun: 8:00 – 20:00. Deliveries outside these hours can be arranged for special cases.
Do generators come with fuel?
Generators are supplied with sufficient initial fuel for testing. Ongoing fuel is the renter’s responsibility. We can provide fuel on request.
