1) Definitions

• Equipment means any machinery, tools, accessories or consumables hired from us.
• Customer or you means the person or company renting or buying from us.
• Hire Period means the period from delivery/collection until the Equipment is received back by us and off-hired.
• Day/Week/Month for pricing: a Day = 24 hours, a Week = 7 days, a Month = 30 days, unless stated otherwise on the quote.

2) Quotes, Pricing & Payments

• Website prices are daily rental rates unless specified; weekly/monthly packages are available on request.
• All prices are in AED and exclusive of VAT (where applicable), delivery/collection, fuel, operator, consumables, and damage/cleaning fees.
• We may require a refundable security deposit and a copy of Emirates ID/Passport or Trade License for companies.
• Payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, card links or approved credit accounts. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur admin and interest charges.
• Images/specifications on the Site are for guidance only. Models/brands may vary to an equivalent specification.

3) Booking, Delivery & Collection

• Orders can be placed by phone/WhatsApp or through our team. A booking is confirmed once we issue a confirmation message or delivery note.
• Delivery/collection is curbside unless otherwise agreed. Access, permits, parking and site readiness are the Customer’s responsibility.
• Waiting time, failed delivery, or re-delivery due to access issues may be chargeable.
• Risk transfers to the Customer on delivery/collection by the Customer, and continues until we physically receive the Equipment back.
• Off-hire is effective only when acknowledged by us; keep the off-hire reference or message.

4) Use of Equipment

• Equipment must be used by competent persons, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all UAE laws and HSE requirements.
• No sub-hire, sale, pledge, or modification of Equipment is allowed. Do not remove serial numbers or labels.
• Keep Equipment safe and secure. Protect from theft, sand, water ingress, overload and misuse. Store indoors when possible.
• Generators/engines: check oil, coolant and fuel daily. Fuel is chargeable; return levels should match dispatch levels or refilling will be charged.
• Concrete/cutting tools: blades, drill bits, discs, oils and other consumables are chargeable items.
• Do not use Equipment for illegal or hazardous activities or outside the UAE without our written consent.

5) Damage, Loss & Cleaning

• The Customer is responsible for loss, theft, and all damage beyond fair wear and tear during the Hire Period.
• Report loss/theft to the Police immediately and provide the case number. Replacement is charged at current new value or as per our loss table.
• Return Equipment clean. Excessive dirt, concrete, paint or chemical residues will incur cleaning charges.

6) Breakdowns & Repairs

• If Equipment fails due to no fault of the Customer, notify us immediately by phone/WhatsApp. We will repair or replace as soon as reasonably practical.
• Hire charges are paused from the time of official fault report until the Equipment is operational or replaced, provided the fault is not due to misuse or site conditions.
• Unauthorised repairs are not permitted; we are not liable for costs incurred without prior written approval.

7) Returns, Extensions & Cancellations

• Extensions: message us before the Hire Period ends; extensions are subject to availability and advance payment.
• Early returns: daily minimums apply; unused days are generally non-refundable once dispatched, unless agreed in writing.
• Cancellations: cancel at least 24 hours before dispatch to avoid charges. Same-day cancellations may incur up to one day’s rental plus any delivery already executed.

8) Title & Risk

• All Equipment remains our property at all times. The Customer acquires no title other than the right to use during the Hire Period.
• Risk passes to the Customer on delivery/collection and reverts to us only upon physical return and inspection.

9) Insurance & Liability

• The Customer should maintain suitable insurance for hired-in plant/tools, third-party liability, and on-site risks. Our insurance does not cover your site risks.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, penalties, and costs arising from your use, transport, storage, or operation of the Equipment.
• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to a hire or the Site shall not exceed the hire fees paid for the affected Equipment in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including loss of profit or downtime).

10) Health & Safety

• Always wear appropriate PPE and follow method statements and manufacturer guidance.
• Do not bypass guards or safety interlocks. Immediately stop and isolate Equipment if unsafe.
• Where required, ensure power supply, ventilation and dust control are suitable for safe operation.

11) Website & Digital Terms

• Content on the Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
• Logos, product names, images and content are protected by IP laws. You must not copy or re-publish without consent.
• By contacting us via WhatsApp/phone/email you consent to receive order updates and service messages through the same channel. See our Privacy Policy.

12) Taxes & Compliance

• Fees are subject to UAE VAT (currently 5%) where applicable. You are responsible for any other taxes, permits or fees related to your site.
• You agree to comply with all applicable UAE laws and municipal regulations relating to your works and use of Equipment.

13) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, supply issues, transport restrictions, utility outages, strikes, government actions, epidemics or acts of God.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate a hire immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, misuse Equipment, create unsafe conditions, or if we reasonably believe the Equipment is at risk. You must then make the Equipment available for immediate collection.

15) General

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
• Entire agreement: These Terms together with your quotation, delivery note and invoice constitute the entire agreement.
• Amendments: We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE, unless we both agree to an alternative forum or arbitration in writing.
